1. Login to Outlook Web Access (OWA).

• Please remember to use ETSU\<username> when logging into Outlook Web Access.  For example, if your e-mail address is ABCDEF@etsu.edu, log into OWA using ETSU\ABCDEF for your username.

2. Download a Computer Account Request Form.

• An Exchange mailbox is automatically created for all 'valid' faculty and staff at ETSU.  Please use the form linked above if you need a special e-mail account created.

3. Activate your account or change your password.

• For students using this link to reset your ETSU Domain Password, please note that this will change your Imail password as well.
